Is the amount of sea ice change concerning?

Submarines have been surfacing at the North Pole since the USS Skate started the trend. It is as if this is a required check on a submarine's to do list. The change in the amount of sea ice in the Arctic is overall unconcerning that is following a 78 year cycle. There was no massively thick sea ice 60 years ago and today it is not much difference other than lies of attempted fear-mongering of one day all the ice will be gone.
