Tim LeClair 23 Aug 2017 / updated: 23/Aug/2017 Great Leaders are of Great Character Leadership is an interim position between resources and accomplishments. The great leader has the ability to serve and satisfy both. A great leader serves subordinates with everything needed for successfully accomplishment of their tasks. In doing so, a great leader serves great accomplishments. Greatness knows when to lead and when to follow. Great leaders listen and consume the advice from even the meekest. Leadership becomes wise in the use of great character and sustained virtues. The greatest leader knows how to stop the oscillations caused when Tao becomes unbalanced, returning realm under control back into contentment. Leaders should be selected by greatness in character and their honor to virtues. Bad leaders come from a collective of bad that can only blame self for who they follow.
